TSX Listed Logo Usage Agreement

In order to participate in the TSX Listed Logo Program, we require that you complete the following information and read and agree to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Please note that all fields are mandatory, and must be completed.

Terms and Conditions

TSX Inc. hereby grants you permission to display the trade-marks and logos of TSX Inc. ("TSX Marks"), as shown on the attached schedule, for the purpose of publicly indicating, on letterhead, in advertising, or web sites and in other materials, that you are listed with TSX Inc., subject to the following:

  1. You will only use the TSX Mark in the form and manner prescribed by TSX Inc. Sample formats, size restrictions, appearance, colour and styles are attached and can be viewed by clicking here. Any instructions regarding the display of the TSX Marks shall be promptly followed by you.
  2. Any display of the TSX Marks will be separate and distinct from any trade-marks, trade names, logos or designs of your company, or any other company.
  3. Any use of any of the TSX Marks will be solely for the purpose of indicating that you are listed with TSX Inc., and for no other purpose. You may not otherwise indicate that you are affiliated with, approved by, endorsed by, or acting with the authority of TSX Inc.
  4. Permission to use the TSX Marks may be revoked by TSX Inc. unilaterally, in its sole discretion. Revocation will automatically occur upon delivery of written notice.
  5. You acknowledge that TSX Marks are owned solely and exclusively by TSX Inc. and agree that you will not contest the use, ownership or validity of any of the TSX Marks, nor associated intellectual property, nor any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement.
  6. Nothing herein confers any right, title or interest in any other trade-marks or copyright of TSX Inc., registered or unregistered.
  7. The right to display the TSX Marks may not be transferred, assigned, nor sub-licensed to any other entity or party without the prior written consent of TSX Inc.
  8. TSX Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the use of any TSX Mark.
  9. You will notify, indemnify and hold TSX Inc. harmless of or for any claims, expenses and fees (including reasonable attorney fees) against TSX Inc. that arise from your use of the TSX Marks.

This Agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, communications, writings, or understandings. If you accept and agree to the above stated conditions of use, which shall be full and complete consideration for the grant set out above, please have an authorized signatory of the Company sign this form as indicated at the beginning of this web page.
