Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders September 28, 2015, Sea Dragon Energy Inc. (the "Company") has consolidated its capital on a (35) thirty-five old for (1) one new basis. The name of the Company has also been changed as follows.
Effective at the opening on Thursday, October 1, 2015, the common shares of SDX Energy Inc. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Sea Dragon Energy Inc. will be delisted. The Company is classified as a 'Oil and Gas Exploration' company.
