Pursuant to a resolution passed by Directors June 17, 2016, 2016, the Company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.
Effective at the opening Monday July 11, 2016, the common shares of Global Daily Fantasy Sports Inc. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Lariat Energy Ltd. will be delisted. The Company is currently classified as a 'natural gas exploration' company, but as disclosed in the Company's news releases dated March 16, 2016 and May 18, 2016 is in the process of a change in business to daily fantasy sports.
