Effective at the opening, Thursday, April 3, 2025, the securities of Verisante Technology, Inc. (the "Company") will resume trading. Further to the Exchange Bulletin dated August 13, 2024, a news release was issued on March 31, 2025, announcing that the Company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a Reverse Takeover as defined under Exchange Policy 5.2.
