Effective at the opening, Friday, April 4, 2025, the securities of DGL Investments No.1 Inc. (the "Company") will resume trading. Further to the Exchange Bulletin dated January 12, 2024, a news release was issued on June 20, 2024, announcing that the Company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a Qualifying Transaction as defined under Exchange Policy 2.4.
