TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to the purchase agreement dated April 23, 2025, between an arm's length party (the "Vendor") and Kirkland Lake Discoveries Corp. (the "Company"). Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will acquire four mining claims from the Vendor located at Grenfell Township around the Winnie Lake Pluton in Ontario.
As consideration, the Company shall issue 200,000 common shares upon closing the acquisition. The Vendor will retain an NSR royalty of 1 percent, with the option to buy back 0.5 percent for $500,000.
