New Expiry Date of Warrants: June 14, 2027
Exercise Price of Warrants: $0.10
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement including a total of 6,000,000 common shares and 6,000,000 common share purchase warrants, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange, effective on June 16, 2022.
