TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a Subscription Agreement and Letter Agreement, both dated April 22, 2025, between the Company and Kharrouba Copper Company Inc. ("KCC") whereby the Company acquired 30,000,000 common shares of KCC for US$3,000,000 at a price of US$0.10 per share.
