The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a letter agreement dated May 5, 2025, between Vizsla Copper Corp. (the "Company") and three arm's length parties (collectively, the "Vendors"). This letter agreement has amended the terms of the Megaton option agreement dated May 6, 2013, as previously amended on September 15, 2015, July 18, 2018, and April 30, 2023 (collectively, the "Original Agreement").
According to the amending letter, the Company will amend its obligations due on the May 6, 2025, milestone payment date by eliminating the cash payment of $250,000 and instead issuing 4,200,000 common shares of the Company.
