The Company's Initial Public Offering ("IPO") Prospectus dated September 4, 2025, has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange, and filed with and receipted on September 9, 2025, by the securities regulatory authorities of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, pursuant to the provisions of the applicable Securities Acts. The common shares of the Company will be listed and admitted to trading on TSX Venture Exchange, on the effective date stated below.

Offering: 2,700,000 Listed Common Shares and 1,000,000 Listed Flow-Through Common Shares
Offering price: $0.15 per Listed Common Share and $0.20 per Listed Flow-Through Common Share

Listing Date: At the close of business (5:01 p.m. EDT) on October 22, 2025 and the common shares will be IMMEDIATELY HALTED on the TSX Venture Exchange, pending closing of the IPO.
Commencement Date: The common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange after the market opening on Thursday, October 23, 2025, upon confirmation of closing of the IPO.
The closing of the IPO is scheduled to occur after the market opening on Thursday, October 23, 2025. It is expected that the gross proceeds of the closing will be $605,000 for a total of 2,700,000 Listed Common Shares at $0.15 per Listed Common Share and 1,000,000 Listed Flow-Through Common Shares at $0.20 per Listed Flow-Through Common Share. A further notice will be issued upon receipt of closing confirmation.
