Commission Terms: Each non-transferable warrant is exercisable to acquire one unit at $0.40 for a 2-year period. Each unit consists of one common share in the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"), with each Warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.60 per share.
