TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement (the "Agreement") dated September 14, 2025, between BTU Metals Corp. (the "Company") and an arm's length party (the "Vendor"). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company may acquire a 100 percent interest in the Dixie East property located southeast of Red Lake, Ontario. By way of consideration, the Company will make a total of $26,400 cash payment and issue a total of 500,000 common shares to the Vendor at a deemed price of $0.055. The Property is subject to a 1% NSR in favor of the Vendor.
