TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-arm's length agreement dated September 24, 2025 (the "Transaction") involving the Company.
Pursuant to the Transaction, the Company acquired 310,000 common shares of Karve IT Ltd. The consideration was 2,861,538 common shares in the capital of the Company.
No finder's fees were paid in connection with the Transaction.
