TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by the Company that pursuant to a Notice of Intention to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid dated December 9, 2025, it may purchase for cancellation up to 12,118,116 common shares in its own capital stock. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of TSX Venture Exchange or other recognized marketplaces during the period from December 16, 2025 to December 15, 2026. Purchases pursuant to the normal course issuer bid will be made by Ventum Financial Corp., on behalf of the Company.
