Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated December 9 2025, the Bulletin should have read as follows:
On December 9, 2025, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, 16796788 Canada Ltd., completed an amalgamation with Britannia Mining Solutions Inc., with the amalgamated entity becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and the shares of Britannia Mining Solutions Inc. were exchanged in connection with the amalgamation for shares of the Company. The deemed price of the amalgamation was $1.75 per common share.
All other information remains unchanged.
