Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated June 19, 2024, the Exchange has accepted an amendment
with respect to a Non-Brokered Private Placement announced on May 27, 2024:
Maturity date: June 14, 2028. The Company may elect to redeem the convertible debentures at 125% (payable in cash) of the nominal value at any time after December 1, 2025, and prior to June 14, 2028
All other details remain unchanged.
