Further to TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") bulletin dated June 8, 2023, April 24, 2024 and December 27, 2024, the Exchange has consented to the further extension of the expiry date of the following warrants:
Private Placement:
# of Warrants: 24,062,500
Original Expiry Date of Warrants: May 10, 2024 or May 16, 2024 (Extended to December 31, 2025)
New Expiry Date of Warrants: March 31, 2026
Exercise Price of Warrants: $0.30
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 48,125,000 common shares with 24,062,500 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective June 8, 2023.
