TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a non-arms-length purchase and sale agreement (the "Agreement"), between Parkit Enterprise Inc. (the "Company") and a non-arm's length party: PRO REIT Acquisition (1) LP (the "Purchaser"), a subsidiary of PRO Real Estate Investment Trust. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Purchaser acquired 1 industrial real estate property of the Company, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba (the "Property").
As consideration for the Property, the aggregate purchase price of $5,350,000, subject to certain adjustments, was paid by the Purchaser to the Company as follows: (i) $3,210,002 in cash; and (ii) $2,139,998.20 of Trust Units of PRO Real Estate Investment Trust.
