Further to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") bulletin dated November 14, 2025, and the expiry of the Company's Rights Offering on December 12, 2025, the Exchange has accepted for filing the Rights Offering pursuant to which 1,487,151,720 shares at a price of $0.01 were issued for gross proceeds of $14,871,517.
No common shares were issued pursuant to the stand-by commitment.
