TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by the Company that pursuant to a Notice of Intention to make a Normal Course Issuer Bid dated December 29, 2025, it may repurchase for cancellation, up to 35,256,779 Equity LP Units (PVF.UN) and up to 938,005 Preferred LP Units (PVF.PR.U) in its own capital stock. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of TSX Venture Exchange or other recognized Canadian marketplaces during the period from January 5, 2026 to January 4, 2027. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by RBC Capital Markets on behalf of the Company.
