Reference is made to the Exchange Bulletins dated December 16, 2025, December 22, 2025, and December 24, 2025, with respect to the Reorganization of Starlight U.S. Residential Fund (the "Fund") and the listing of the limited partnership units of Starlight U.S. Residential Fund (Multi-Family) Investment LP ("SURF.UN") in substitution for the Class A and Class U Units (SURF.A and SURF.U respectively) of the Fund.
We have received confirmation that the closing of the Reorganization has occurred. Therefore, SURF.UN which was listed at the close of business December 23, 2025, commenced trading at the opening of business on Wednesday, December 31, 2025.
