In accordance with the Company's January 07, 2026 announcement regarding the cash distribution and distribution of ownership interest in Taranis Resources Inc. ("Taranis") the Company has declared the following distributions:
Distribution per Share: $0.4053 in cash and 0.7780 Taranis common share for each common share of the Company ("Common Share") held.
Payable Date: January 22, 2026
Record Date: January 14, 2026
Ex-Distribution Date: January 23, 2026
Due Bill Period January 14, 2026 to January 22, 2026, inclusively
Due Bill Redemption Date: January 23, 2026
Trades that are executed during the due bill period will be identified to ensure purchasers of the common shares receive the distribution. For further information, please refer to the Company's news release dated January 07, 2026.
