Further to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") bulletin dated December 19, 2025, and the expiry of the Company's Rights Offering on January 21, 2026, the Exchange has accepted for filing the Rights Offering pursuant to which 25,476,484 units at a price of $0.072 were issued for gross proceeds of $1,834,306.85. Each unit consists of one (1) share and one (1) share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant and $0.12 entitles the buyer to purchase one (1) share of the Company on or before October 15, 2030.
