TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a Conditional Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated June 11, 2025 (the "Agreement"), between the Company and FBC Mining (BA) Ltd. (the "Seller"), whereby the Company acquired Black Angel Mining A/S, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of Greenland, which is the current licensee of a Greenlandic mineral exploration license and has applied for a new Greenlandic mineral exploration license covering the same area as mineral exploration license (the "Target").
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company has agreed to acquire the Target in exchange for 7,654,222 common shares issuance, for an aggregate value of US$10,000,000.
