TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length acquisition of Greenlandic mining exploration licenses, all related geological data, other information held by the sellers in respect of the licenses and license areas.
Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company has agreed to acquire the Target in exchange for a US$2,000,000 cash payment that can be satisfied through the issuance of up to 2,178,922 common shares.
