Further to the Exchange Bulletin dated December 19, 2024, a news release was issued on February 26, 2026, announcing that the Company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a Qualifying Transaction as defined under Exchange Policy 2.4.
