TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Sale and Purchase agreement dated February 26, 2025 (the 'Agreement') between the Company, its wholly owned subsidiary, and an arm's length vendor (the 'Vendor'). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company may acquire an 80% interest in the Mt. Venn project located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia (the 'Property'). By way of consideration, the Company made a cash payments of AU$20,000 and will issue 12,000,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.02 per share.
