Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin dated September 16, 2021, the Bulletin should have read as follows:
TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation relating to a purchase agreement (the "Agreement") dated August 20, 2021, between the Company and arm's length parties (the "Vendors"), in connection with the acquisition of an undivided interest in 12 claims in the Northern portion of the Gaspe Peninsula, in the province of Quebec (the "Property").

The Vendors will retain a 2% net smelter return ("NSR") royalty on any saleable production from the Property. Fifty percent of the NSR royalty (i.e. 1%) may be purchased by the Company for $500,000.
