TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a mineral rights assignment agreement (the "Agreement") dated February 11, 2026, between 1844 Resources Inc. (the "Company") and arm's length parties. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company has acquired two (2) mining claims in sector 22A13 of the Quebec Mining Register.
