TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length acquisition of 100% interest in the Goldstrike project located in Utah, USA.
Under the terms of the agreement, as a consideration, the company will issue 1,593,213 shares. Additionally, the company will make staged milestone cash payment of US$70-million in cash.
