TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation the Share Purchase Agreement dated February 16, 2026 ("Agreement"), between the Company and an arm's length party ("Vendor"). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company has acquired the 100% ownership interest of Agentic Solutions Limited in consideration for an issuance of 5,000,000 common shares of the Company ("Shares") at a deemed price of $0.09 per Share.
