TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation in connection with an amendment to the Notice of Articles and Articles of the Company to (a) eliminate the proportionate voting shares of the Company as a class of shares in the authorized share capital of the Company, and (b) rename the subordinate voting shares of the Company ("Reidentification"), as approved by the directors' resolution on May 6, 2026.
Pursuant to the Reidentification, the subordinate voting shares in the capital of the Company ("Subordinate Voting Shares") will be renamed as common shares ("Common Shares").
Change of CUSIP Number
In accordance with the above-referenced Reidentification, the Company's shareholders who hold Subordinate Voting Shares will have their Subordinate Voting Shares renamed as Common Shares. The common shares will trade under a new CUSIP as described below, effective at the opening on May 11, 2026.

88,749,150 Common Shares are issued and outstanding
