TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length collaboration agreement with the Nibinamik First Nation in connection with the TPK Property. By way of consideration, the Company will make cash payments totaling $24,000 (Year 1) and issue 217,391 shares at a deemed price of $0.69 per share.
