TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length acquisition of 100% interest in intellectual properties comprising a critical minerals recovery platform (the "Property"). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the Company will issue up to 6,000,000 shares, of which 2,000,000 shares will be issued at closing, another 2,000,000 shares over a period of 2 years, and an additional 2,000,000 shares upon achievement of 4 milestones; with 500,000 shares to be issued for each milestone, to the vendor. The Property consist of certain intellectual property, technologies, systems, methodologies, and related assets comprising a critical minerals recovery platform.
No finder's fee was paid.
