The Capital Pool Company's (the 'Company') Amended and Restated Prospectus dated May 12, 2026, amending and restating the prospectus dated April 30, 2026, has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange and the Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Prince Edward Island Securities Commissions effective May 13, 2026, under the provisions of the respective Securities Acts. The common shares of the Company will be listed and admitted to trading on TSX Venture Exchange, on the effective dates stated below.
The gross proceeds to be received by the Company for the public offering (the "Offering") are $300,000 (3,000,000 common shares at $0.10 per share).
Listing Date: At the close of business (5:01 p.m. EDT) on May 19, 2026.
Commence Date: The common shares will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange at the opening Wednesday, May 20, 2026, upon confirmation of closing.
The closing of the Offering is scheduled to occur before the market opening on May 20, 2026. A further notice will be issued upon receipt of closing confirmation.

Capitalization: Unlimited common shares with no par value of which 5,500,000 common shares are issued and outstanding
