Exercise Price of Warrants: $0.40
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4,500,000 shares with 4,500,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective May 25, 2023. The expiry date of the warrants was subsequent extended and accepted for filing by the Exchange on February 20, 2024, and May 20, 2025.
