Re: Repeal of Appendix 3C - Commercial News Disseminators
TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") is pleased to announce the repeal of Appendix 3C - Commercial News Disseminators ("Appendix 3C"), effective immediately. Issuers are reminded of their obligation to comply with Part 7 of Policy 3.3 - Timely Disclosure ("Policy 3.3").
Policy 3.3 has concurrently been revised to reflect the repeal of Appendix 3C, as well as several other housekeeping amendments. Capitalized terms used but not specifically defined in this Bulletin have the meanings ascribed to them in the Manual.

La Bourse de croissance TSX (la " Bourse ") est heureuse d'annoncer l'abrogation de l'Annexe 3C - Agences de diffusion de communiques financiers (l'" annexe 3C "), avec prise d'effet immediate. Nous rappelons aux emetteurs leur obligation de se conformer a la partie 7 de la Politique 3.3 - Information occasionnelle (la " Politique 3.3 ").
Parallelement, la Politique 3.3 a ete revisee pour refleter l'abrogation de l'annexe 3C et, aussi, pour tenir compte de plusieurs autres modifications d'ordre administratif.
