Pursuant to the Company's press release dated April 24, 2026, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the Company's proposal to issue 612,745 common shares of the Company ("Shares") at a deemed price of $0.16 per Share, based on the 10-day volume-weighted average price of the Company's Shares as of March 1, 2026. The issuance is in consideration of the Share for Services Agreement dated August 18, 2025, between the Company and an arm's length service provider.
