TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation an Exploration Agreement with Eabametoong First Nation ("EFN"), an arm's length party. By way of consideration, the Company will issue a total of 115,393 common shares at a deemed price of $0.4333 per share for a value of $50,000, subject to resale restrictions.
No finder's fee were payable as part of the transaction.
