Amaya Big Sky Capital Corp. ("Amaya") announced on May 19, 2026 that it will not be proceeding with its previously announced agreement between Amaya and Flight Food & Beverages Partners Inc.("Flight"), in connection with the proposed acquisition by Amaya of all the shares of Flight pursuant to a business combination agreement.
The letter of intent was initially announced on September 19, 2024.
Effective at the market open Monday, June 8, 2026 the common shares of Amaya Big Sky Capital Corp. will resume trading.
