Effective at the opening Monday, June 8, 2026, the common shares of Talamore Mining Corp. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Fuerte Metals Corporation will be delisted. The Company is classified as a "Mineral Exploration/Development" company.
