BULLETIN TYPE: Property-Asset or Share Purchase Amending Agreement

TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing an amending agreement dated April 14, 2026 (the "Amending Agreement"), between Gamma Resources Ltd.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Medallion Research USA, Inc. (the "Lessee"), and C Bar B Properties Corporation (the "Claim Owner"). The Amending Agreement revises the lease payment schedule under the original agreement dated April 14, 2025, concerning mining claims in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico, and Emery County, Utah.
Under the terms of the Amending Agreement, the revised lease payment schedule is as follows:
* $50,000 USD: Paid on April 14, 2025 (the Effective Date).
* $200,000 USD: Paid no later than 120 days after the Effective Date.
* $20,000 USD: Paid on or before April 14, 2026.
* $50,000 USD: Due on or before May 14, 2026. (Paid as confirmed by the Company)
* $50,000 USD: Due on or before June 14, 2026. (Paid as confirmed by the Company)
* $180,000 USD: Due on or before July 14, 2026.
* $250,000 USD: Due on the second anniversary of the Effective Date.
* $250,000 USD: Due on the third anniversary of the Effective Date.
In addition to the cash payments, the Company will issue 1,000,000 common shares to the Claim Owner following TSXV approval.
All other terms of the original agreement remain in full force and effect.
