Crown Point Energy Inc. (the "Company") has announced it will offer to shareholders (the "Rights Offering") of record on June 15, 2026, rights ("Rights") to purchase common shares of the Company ("Shares"). One (1) Right will be issued for each Share held. One Right and US$0.41150549 are required to purchase 3.29204388 Shares. The expiry date for the Rights Offering is July 13, 2026 at 5:00pm Toronto time. As at June 11, 2026 the Company had 72,903,038 Shares issued and outstanding.
Effective at the opening of June 15, 2026, the Shares of the Company will trade Ex-Rights and the Rights will commence trading at that time. The Company is classified as a 'Oil & Gas Exploration/Development' company.
SUMMARY
Basis of Offering: One (1) Right and US$0.41150549 are required to purchase 3.29204388 Shares.

On the expiry date of the Rights, trading in the Rights shall cease at 9:00 a.m. (Vancouver time), 10:00 a.m. (Calgary time) and 12:00 noon (Toronto and Montreal time).
