Effective at the opening, Tuesday, June 16, 2026, the securities of the Company will resume trading. Further to the Exchange Bulletin dated October 13, 2022, a news release was issued on April 17, 2025, announcing that the Company will not be proceeding with its proposed transaction. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a Reverse Takeover as defined under Exchange Policy 5.2.
