TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's length 75% interest earn-in of CD Project with Strategic Metals Ltd. ("SMD"), an arm's length party. The Total Consideration is considered over a five-year period at a deemed price not less than $0.05 per Common Share. If the deemed price is less than $0.05 per Common Share, then such issuance shall be satisfied by way of a cash payment.
