TSX Venture Exchange has approved the issuance of 3,500,000 bonus warrants (the "Warrants") to Auramet International, Inc., each exercisable into one common share at a $1.81 per share for a period of one year from issuance.
The Warrants were issued in connection with the maturity date extension of US$32,000,000 principal amount Promissory Note dated February 6, 2026 (the "Advance") for another 3 months, until August 9, 2026. The Advance will bear interest rate of 15% per annum until maturity. There are no other changes to the terms of the Advance.
