The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an Asset Purchase Agreement dated May 28, 2026 (the "Agreement"), between U92 Energy Corp. (the "Company") and an arm's length vendor (the "Vendor"). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company has acquired the complete historical technical and exploration data relating to the Kurupung Uranium Project in Guyana (the "Transaction"). The Company will issue 1,030,927 common shares at a deemed price of $0.485 per share as consideration for the Transaction.
