Effective at the close of business on Friday, July 3, 2026, the subscription receipts (the "Receipts") of Kraken Robotics Inc. (the "Company") will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").
This action results from the exchange of the Receipts for common shares of the Company (the "Receipt Exchange") in connection with the closing of the acquisition by the Company of all the issued and outstanding shares of Covelya Group Limited. As a result of the Receipt Exchange, the trading of the Receipts under the ticker "PNG.R" has been halted on July 2, 2026 and there will be no further trading of the Receipts on the Exchange.
Each Receipt will be converted into one common share of the Company.
