TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants:
Private Placement:
# of Warrants: 2,500,000
Original Expiry Date of Warrants: July 12, 2026
New Expiry Date of Warrants: December 31, 2026
Exercise Price of Warrants: $1.50
These warrants were originally issued pursuant to a private placement of 25,000,000 common shares(pre-consolidation) and 12,500,000 share purchase warrants (pre-consolidation), which was accepted for filing by the Exchange effective July 18, 2023.
The current number of warrants (2,500,000) and the corresponding exercise price ($1.50) referenced in this bulletin have been adjusted to reflect the Company's one-for-five (1-for-5) share consolidation, which became effective on June 6, 2024.
