TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an Agreement dated June 10, 2026 (referred to as the "Agreement"), between Hannan Metals Ltd. (the "Company") and arm's length party ("Vendor"). Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company may acquire a 100% interest in The Stavatrask and Skellefte? North gold projects located in the Skellefte? Mining District of northern Sweden, and the ?delfors gold project located in the Jonkoping County of southern Sweden.
By way of consideration, the Company will make a staged issuance of a maximum of 4,500,000 shares to the vendor.
The Vendors will retain a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty, of which the Company has the right to re-purchase in full for $3 million.
